We stayed here at the beginning of our vacation and we were excited to come back for another night before flying out. The interior decor is exceptional and no detail was missed. The shower is incredibly nice and the Aesop soap makes it that much more luxurious. The restaurant on the ground floor has delicious options and the coffee is quite good. The short rib ravioli, while small, was the best dish we had our whole trip. You can tell a ton of effort goes into executing this dish. The paninis are also good just not as good as the ravioli. The rooms are spacious for a downtown location and the mini bar is stocked with lots of fun, unique, local options. The hotel is very quiet and the staff were all nice. If you’re staying in downtown Calgary don’t miss the opportunity to stay at the Dorian.

A PERFECT DATE NIGHT! From the front desk check in with Christopher to our server Meghan "The Wilde on 27" the service at The Dorian, Autograph Collection was extraordinary! The attention to detail does not stop with the staff as the the theme of Dorian Gray runs throughout, right down to the peacock feather on the bed. :) Our suite was amazing and and the entire hotel decor was just so much fun!!! I could write so much more but would just like to say that this hotel deserves at least one visit... I am confident it will not be your last! So excited about our next "Date Night at The Dorian"!!!

So we came to this hotel in September for 3 nights with my husband and daughter. The reception was not welcoming, the bar in the room was on a shelf so accessible for kids, the service was not what we expected from this hotel. But the decorations is amazing and beautiful i like every details. The coffe shop in the ground was cool too

Amazing experience. The staff are all so incredibly lovely and very friendly. They go above and beyond to be helpful and kind upon check in and check out! Especially Andrew, he was amazing during my check-in! The decor is fun and unique providing a lot to look at! I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking within the downtown core of Calgary! Everywhere downtown is within walking distance of this location so you won't miss out!

The Dorian is an amazing place. A hidden gem in downtown Calgary. The hotel is designed in the theme of the novel The Portrait of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde. The rooms are tastefully decorated, very clean and what seems to be a new construction. There are 3 restaurants. One in the ground floor where you can lounge and enjoy a drink or a hot beverage with a snack. In the evening, you can enjoy live music with a pianist. On the second floor, there is another restaurant. While on the penthouse level, the Dorian offers a fine dining experience with a magnificent view of Calgary. The staff is extremely friendly, courteous and helpful.
