The heat in our bathroom was not working so made it very chilly to do anything in there. The toilet paper holder was also in an odd spot making it difficult to reach. The bed was very comfortable and so was the room overall. Room service breakfast was excellent. One of the few places that had great crispy bacon. Great way to spend an evening out.

Such a pleasant experience! My husband and I stayed here for our 11th wedding anniversary, and it was everything a girl could ever want and more. From the beautifully decorated lobby with friendly and respectful staff to a charming and spacious room, we were treated like royalty. We couldn't have asked for anything better. The dining experience was exceptional. Excellent customer service and good food. We will definitely visit this place again.

Very pleased with everything this historic building has to offer. Kind and genuine service. Clean pool and fitness area. Rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Not pleased with the room service. Ordered 2 beef burgers and the bun was stale, this is not what you expect for a 30$ burger. Salad was acceptable but lacked taste. Sprite was sprite. Cheesecake was good but portion size was better suited for a toddler.

We arrived late and were there for just one night. We had a very bad situation when we got our room ( that I won't get into details about...) . We called the front desk and they immediately dealt with the situation. They absolutely went above and beyond to deal with us and this situation. We couldn't have asked for a better response. We would definitely stay there again. Beautiful hotel, amazing pool, great pool and very professional staff.

What an incredible way to spend NYE, the accommodations were amazing, I love the ‘old’ feeling of the hotel that brings on ‘new’ experiences. The staff was amazingly helpful from check in to making sure everything we needed was taken care of. The location is perfect, shopping close by came in handy. The food and entertainment at the Hawthorn was so great!
