**Upgraded Review** from our last stay back on Sept 2023. Returned Jan 24-2024. This time we were given a lovely Tower Room on the 7th floor. Much better that the Courtyard level Rooms. Received quick, professional, pleasant check-in. Clean room, very comfortable. Hotel is walking distance to many Niagara Falls features. The Falls Cafe & Grill (Hotel breakfast restaurant) included a breakfast with the couples deal package. It was GREAT and large portions! Thanks to servers Mary & Roxanne & the Chef, Top Marks ladies!! The restaurant now includes coffee & tea with this package, it didn't last time. The only negative thing I found in the menu was the owners still gouge a customer for $1.50 for cream cheese if they order a bagel. Overall, we would definitely return!

Was pleasantly surprised after paying only 59$ a night and it included breakfast. Had a room in the tower and it was clean and pleasant. Bathroom was okay, tub was a bit dated. But all in all awesome location for the price during off season! Just a walk across the street to Clifton and the casino :) was very happy.

My experience at the Falls and Inn hotel was good. The Breakfast food was really good but A lot!. They helped my Little Sister get better by giving her tea because she was not well. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable there was a very pretty view of the fire works and nighttime from the window and the pool water was cold but it was warm when you get used to it. The Sauna was so relaxing as well. So far I really liked it and would go back.

Room could use an upgrade. Carpets worn down to nothing in spots, wallpaper peeling off in some corners and paint chipped or scuffed in a lot of areas. TV could be bigger as it was only a 32 inch. Would have been nice if TV was also a smart TV. No USB ports in the room. Bed was squeaky. Room was clean. Very friendly staff and hotel kept clean. Excellent area to be, close to Clifton Hill and across from Casino.

During my stay at the falls hotel and inn the heat went out during the night. My husband got up to have a hot shower and the shower would not turn on. Then the toilet would not flush. He did not call front desk as I was sleeping. He informed the front desk when we checked out and we were told the manager would call us. It’s been a week, I’ve called the manager and left a message and I’ve heard nothing back. I spent $150 to stay here, without heat and running water. Horrible service as soon as something goes wrong. Don’t waste your money.
