Being a The Office super fan, I had to check this place out with my husband, and we were both blown away by how lovely it was! We stayed in the Tasner Suite, which had a nice view of the rapids across the street, a tremendously comfortable bed, and a jetted bathtub in the en-suite bathroom. The holiday decor in the lobby and restaurant was pretty and welcoming, and the breakfast I had (a crab omelette) was delicious! We enjoyed walking across the street to enjoy the view of the rapids up close, and the complimentary wine and cheese in our room upon check-in was such a nice touch. The customer service was impeccable, the atmosphere romantic and relaxing, and I already can’t wait to return. I can see why this place was chosen to be featured in one of my favorite shows! Thanks for the recommendation, Jim and Pam!😜

The restaurant looked authentic and stylish. The food was very delicious.Wayne, who performed our service, was very polite and caring. I would like to thank him for making our evening more enjoyable. I'm grateful for everything.

While we were waiting our bus, we spent 3 hours that lovely restaurants. Foods are so tasty. Service is excellent. Julie’s smile is priceless. She is amazing server and hostess. Next time we will definitely come again. Thanks for everything.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. It was a beautiful, cozy and comfortable “home away from home.” I brought my elderly mother with us. She had no problems getting around as it is very close to the falls and Goat Island. The breakfast was amazing, and the servers for breakfast were outstanding. We had dinner there once and the food was just okay. For the price, the food should have been excellent. For this reason, we didn’t go back for dinner or lunch again. We only went back for breakfast. The look and feel of the place was something out of a fairytale. It was very well put together. The staff were very helpful. Dez was amazing when we needed a couple of things in the evening. The young lady that checked us in was very nice, polite and looked like she loved working there. All in all it was a wonderful experience for us! We will definitely be back!
