Downside were the loud road noises at night. Also no complementary breakfast and no bike rental like it said in the description. Room service only every 3rd day (didn't mind this however). Otherwise awesome experience having your own hut for 50€ a night. Nice clean room with large bed. Very nice, clean and large bathroom and shower. 10min walk to the beach. Would give 5 stars if it weren't for the noisy roads surrounding the place.

This place is about 10 minutes walk to the beach streets. About 20 minutes walk to the centre of the beach. The walk path to beach can install more lights, as it’s quite dark at night. The condition of the place is ok, bed is clean and nice. It’s not a quiet place due to the busy road, don’t recommend for light sleepers. Recommend for people who like to try rural and countryside areas 😊 4.5/5 ⭐️

Despite the noise from the roadside which distracted my sleep, I would still give 5 stars. This is one unique experience especially for people living in city. The feeling was great to see greenery first thing in the morning. Our family was the only occupant (1/6 units) but we felt quite safe as our unit near to the office. Wifi signal was strong and quite honestly I didn't see any insects at all. Will definitely return again!

There's a lot to unpack here. It's mostly great so let's start with that. The place is very quiet and peaceful. You're isolated from the hustle and bustle of the touristy area which is both good and bad. It's about half a kilometer to the beach and the main city walk area. That's not bad, though it can be dark at night. While there is a lot of wildlife, geckos, lizards, dragonflies, birds, cows, and even some bulls, if anything, this just enhances the appeal of the place. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need. There were just a few problems. The safe battery was dead so we had to use the safe key itself. This should have been fixed on our second day but it wasn't. We were just left with the key for our entire stay. One more thing to keep track of instead of just remembering a code. I'm sure the other rooms are fine, but Room 6 has a lot of dead zones with the wifi signal. Room 6 also doesn't share a bridge with any other rooms so you're very isolated (good) and you have an unimpeded view of the rice paddy field. The air conditioning works well in conjunction with the fan. The shower system is very interesting being outside the room itself. Strangely we didn't experience any mosquitos when using the bathroom. I attribute this to the many geckos we'd see eating bugs at night on the outside of the windows. Was really cool to see. Housekeeping needs to change. As of my writing this they said they'd only do housekeeping every 3 days to help with Covid. No other hotels in Malaysia that we stayed in are doing this. This meant that if we needed toilet paper we had to go to the office and request it, however, once at 8pm we couldn't find anyone... we had to use tissues we'd personally bought for other purposes. There's a good fridge that keeps things very cold and there's a TV but it's old and has no features. Not a smart TV. We really enjoyed staying here, but there were the above problems. Would I come again? Absolutely.
