Amazing place to stay, recharge and relax. We stayed three nights mid way through travelling around Thailand and it’s exactly what we needed to slow down and relax. Our toddler loved the pool in our villa. We ordered food in from the on site restaurant for dinner, which was excellent. The staff were so helpful, great with our little boy. Couldn’t ask for more!

This is an amazing resort. Stayed here as a couple in an Emerald One bedroom suite. Located close to a freeway it's easy to reach from BKK or Pattaya City. The lobby is big and you get received by the staff who take your bag. Reception is knowledge. We got brought to our room by cart. The room itself was amazing, though we later discovered it was located next to a local road which had some traffic that could be heard same with neighbouring dogs. It has a lot of space both in the bedroom/living room section as in the bathroom. An in-room pool with cold water was great for early morning or late night dips. The shower had rocks around the platform to give you the feeling of being in the Forrest.

Ive stayed here twice. First time was about a year ago and it was a great experience. My most recent stay has been a bit dissapointing. A lot of surfaces weren’t the cleanest, specifically the couch, tables, and toilet. We also noticed that the AC unit made annoying squeaky sounds and the water pressure was a little weak. The food is average and although the “private” in-room pools are nice, many of them are easily viewed from the street and walkways so if you’re expecting a completely private pool that’s something to note. Last thing I want to mention is that their shuttle service to the rooms are great when they work, but often times we ended up waiting 10+ minutes for one and in another instance the driver straight up abandoned us which is pretty laughable service from a 5 star resort. TL;DR This used to be a superb resort but it seems like once they were awarded their 5 star they decided to coast and do the bare minimum. I hate complaining but this place is honestly overrated and I’ll probably look elsewhere next time I stay in Pattaya.
