I stayed here for 3 nights. The owner lady is so nice and kind. Also the cats are very cute. But they stay in the immediate compound and never come to hotel side. I wanted to play with them so much though. The room is also very nice, reasonable price, and great service. The owner lady recommended me places to visit, and they can rent you their bike. But I didn't and I took Grab taxi. She was like my grandmom and scolded me a little like why I would go to very near places by grab taxi and it cost money. 🤣 She told me to walk or take a bike. She was just worried about me and it was so lovely. I felt like I was living in my relative house not at the hotel. So safe and warm. I would definitely choose this place again.

I went spontaneously to that hotel for a booking and I really was lucky that there still was some room free. The rooms are very clean. The host of the hotel is very friendly and kind. Really appreciate it. It was also possible to check in earlier for a small fee. The house is located really central. You can walk to almost all important locations easily. Nevertheless it is really quiet at night, so that you can catch good sleep. The price is really fair compared to hotels near by. I can really recommend this hotel instead of a big one. When I will return to Chiang Mai again, this will be my favorite spot for the night.

The older lady at the front desk was very nice and spoke English. The room i had was on the smaller side but very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Aircon worked perfect. Location is down a nice quiet side street and very close to everything. I would have stayed longer but they were fully booked.

My review is based largely on the treatment me and my girlfriend received while interacting with the owner of the hostel. The rooms were neat and clean with on suite bathroom, however the drain in shower didn’t work properly so the shower overflowed a little bit. The location was also fantastic right in the middle of Chiang Mai city in close proximity to many attractions. However, upon our checkout when receiving our cash deposit of 350 baht back for the room ney the manager gave us 300 instead. When I politely insisted it was 350 baht she proceeded to get riled up and insist she would never lie and that I was making it up while raising her voice. I found it very hard to interact with her as I felt it would only worsen the situation by trying to get my extra 50 back. I decided it wasn’t worth arguing and just finished checking out so I could leave. When checking in she also did not approach my girlfriend and I with a very welcoming attitude.
