Great place to stay and very central to everything. Rental bikes at the front and you have the best juice at 60 baht for watermelon, mango etc. Laundry just down the road at 50 baht per kilo. No ironing board or iron and this would lift this place to a five star, You can't even get one as they don't have one in the whole complex. That wasn't a big worry for us. That's just a heads up. The pool is great and goes to 11:30 at night which is sensible instead of 9:00 like many. The place is not noisy because it's far away from the nightlife enough not to affect on an inner back street. Sadly you try to offer to stay again and the staff can't offer same price online. It's nearly double next time so just stick with the booking sites if you want extra nights as they can't help.

The Gig Hotel is an excellent hotel. Big, nice and clean rooms with daily cleaning. The top floor / rooftop is amazing, lovely view, great big infinity pool, bar with drinks, restaurant with delicious food and a very nice gym. I look forward to stay here again!

The hotel's outdated appearance is one thing, but the persistent noise levels can truly mar your stay. The room felt constricted and uncomfortable, with the added issue of disruptive noise further compromising the overall experience. Problems with the towels and shower, coupled with the relentless noise disturbances, can be genuinely frustrating and significantly detract from the quality of your stay.
