Stayed overnight for business last week and was extremely happy with the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Perfect location, and their service is excellent. I arrived in the evening and Liluana checked me in. Very friendly, explained everything in regards to the hotel. Even asked about my work day, etc. Breakfast was fantastic - loads of options and very neat and organised. Carmen took me through the buffet, made sure I had everything I needed. She even brought me vegan sausages which weren't part of the regular buffet. : ) Carolina checked me out. Again, super friendly, no queues and everything was such a smooth process.

Great hotel! Deserves its high rating. Had a family room ready for us on check-in at 8:00 a.m. after a transatlantic overnight flight. The family room had a queen and two sets of bunk beds for our family of five. Very modern and spacious. Incredibly quiet for a city hotel. Very kind staff. Nice lobby bar

The Grafton Hotel really blew me away!! The location is perfect. We spent a night there in Jan for my wife's birthday & it was fantastic. Check In & Check out was easy. The coffee shop was chilled. Perfect location, super nice staff. The room was clean & had everything we needed. The only things that could be improved would be 1) a mattress topper as the bed was not great. I could feel the hard springs during the night, and 2) also maybe the variety on the TV. Netflix or an equivalent seems to be almost standard now. The cocktail bar is a great spot to start your night out in Dublin.

Fab hotel in a Fab location! Recently stayed for 1 night with my sister while attending a show nearby. The central location is fantastic with all Dublin has to offer on the doorstep. We had a twin room, very spacious and all expected in a great 4* hotel. The art deco style is very chic yet modern. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and very friendly/efficient service. We would 100% recommend and return to The Grafton. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

My family of 5 stayed here twice on our trip, one night on the front end and another night on the back end. We stayed in a family room. The first night was perfect, the service was fantastic, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The second round was not the same experience as it relates to the quality of the room. We ended up first with a first floor room which was super loud from the outside noise… So we asked if we could be in a higher level room to help with the noise. They moved us to a much quieter room however the beds were horrible. As I lay awake in the middle of the night, I read previous reviews and it appears that this is a situation that others have encountered, with one person describing the beds as army cots. That is exactly what it felt like with the springs poking out. And for $700 plus a night, that’s completely unacceptable. It was room 207, so don’t allow them to put you in that room. So for those of you who would like to stay here — make sure you get one of the rooms that’s been updated (I’m sure management is going to say all the beds are the same but that is absolutely not true.) Otherwise, it’s a great hotel in a great location. Oh- and there’s no valet parking despite what the hotel website says.
