Stayed there once for about 1 week+, very good! With lift/luggage store free while check out day/toilet seat with heater and bidet and bathtub/with fridge and microwave and bed and pillows are comfortable/free mineral water 2 bottles daily/free wine and snacks at lobby at special day! Got Laundromat in the hotel/ Friendly staffs speak English. And just few buildings away from busy myeondong shopping area and opposite there a convenient store. And the bus stop to airport just behind of this hotel. Only complaint is a Small hotel and everything written in korean words for Aircon and toilet sensor n etc, no English version booklets to refer! Good hotel !

I enjoyed my stay at the Grand Hotel Myeongdong! It is super convenient and close to the subway/train. It’s located just off the main path of Myeongdong, literally a 30 second walk away. I went shopping multiple times during my stay because it was that good. The rooms were a little small which I expected. The rooms were clean. And the staff were really friendly and spoke English well. I did not have breakfast at the hotel, so I can’t comment on that. This was my 3rd time in Seoul, and I’ve never stayed in Myeongdong before. But if I am to stay in Myeongdong in the future, it will be at the Grand.

I stayed in this hotel for my business trip for 3 nights. The location is great. It's located right in the shopping district of Myeongdong but it's not noisy as it is in the quiet side of the district. The hotel is quite new and the room is equipped with modern facilities. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The downside was that the breakfast was kind of expensive and not with a lot of choices. However, the coffee is the best that I have ever had. In addition, they didn't provide other pillows for guests except for the down ones which are too soft for me. Overall, it's nice hotel to stay in and I would come back next time.

A great place to stay in Myeongdong. The hotel is strategically located in Myeongdong and is extremely easy to reach with just less than 2 minutes walk from exit 10 of Myeongdong Station. Front desk hotel staffs can speak fluent English and are very helpful. The room is clean and the room is bigger than most of the hotel in that area. The hotel is surrounded by various restaurant. Convenient store (GS25) is located just right in front of the hotel and the Myeongdong Street is footsteps away from this hotel.

The hotel is convenient in location. Easy access by airport bus and subway. Both in 3 min walk. Shopping areas surrounding the hotel. I booked deluxe twin. The room is bright, clean, tidy and quiet. Amenities and tea bags are good in quality, both are Jeji famous brands. The most important is the hotel front desk staff are nice and polite, can communicate in English.
