I went to attend the 1st birthday party of my colleague's son. The venue was very well presented. The food can be much improved as they were not able to anticipate the refill time. There was an area on our way to the venue that smelled like cigarettes. I love the fact that they have decorated their lobby with Christmas ornaments. I can't say anything about rooms as I have never been there.

We used this hotel for few days I give it 3 stars max coz of the poor quality and limited quantity of the toiletries plus the lack of towels in bathroom. When i book a room for 2 people I expect at least 2 towels!! I had to call few times to get the second towel!! The wardrobe door was jammed and couldn’t use it . But rooms are specious to be honest and lovely simple design. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

I stayed in this hotel and I checked in the morning 3-4 A.M of the Same day of checking out. I got a (good deal) which is 400 QR and an extra hour for checking out. What I didn't realize is that the reasonable price comes with a cost of a tip to the receptionist. Anyways, he called my room but I didn't answer. What was really bad is that another receptionist called waking me up at 11 A.M while I was sleeping. I answered and she was very rude like she never worked in a prestigious company. Threatening us (by the way she spoke) to leave before 2 P.M or we will get charged an extra 50 QR on our IDs (which will probably go to someone's pocket). Unprofessional. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I stayed there for 10 days as a part of my job. The location was excellent. Lobby has such a large area with a resturent.Breakfast buffet spread is very nice. There are many restaurants and mobile shops nearby and could try nice food options. There is a mall nearby with a supermarket inside(walking distance ). Room Service is not as good. The response is very slow if we call from the room. They have a very good bar on the hotel's first floor. overall. Experience is good.
