I’ll start of with the bad points: - Our room card worked for a while then stopped working. This means at times we were locked out of our room. Twice this happened. I had to go to reception to fix the issue. - there was a payment dispute during check in. I prepaid for the hotel directly from the hotel’s website and the receipt clearly states that. Turns out that was not the case. Can Ibis comment on this as I still don’t understand what happened? - I went for a “Sweet Room”, which was a tiny bit on the small side. We hardly can move around due to our luggage filling the room. - the rooms were semi-soundproof but not a big issue. Good points - The breakfast was yummy. - Room was clean and functional - Staff were helpful, especially housekeeping. - Bed was comfortable. Good night sleep guaranteed. Ibis advertise themselves as a budget friendly hotel and for what you pay for, it’s good value for money despite the bad points.

Excellent ⭐I recently had the pleasure of dining at Charlie's Corner restaurant, where I encountered an exceptional waitress during breakfast. Her kindness and humility made my experience truly memorable. The service provided by angel, I remember her name and was outstanding, especially considering I was a walk-in guest. I appreciate the warm hospitality and commend the restaurant for having such dedicated and delightful staff members. Five stars without a doubt!

We stayed at Ibis Doha hotel last week, and it was an incredibly superb experience. The staff's welcoming attitude was exceptional, and my kids thoroughly enjoyed both the breakfast and the pool. Thank you so much! If given the chance in the future, we'll definitely choose it again.
