They have the hotel business down to a science. I really like this place and they have some great food. I only wish that the beds were a bit more firm, I like a good hard mattress. The staff are well-trained. The place is kept immaculately clean. It's in a great location.

Excellent hotel. Awesome amenities. It is a around 5 km from the city center. Rickshaws are always waiting outside the hotel. Excellent staff. Beautiful property with a historic feel. The breakfast spread was really good and the chefs were the best. They prepare meal of your choice if you request in advance. The room was spacious and smelled good (it matters :P ). Definitely a 10/10 experience!

I'm rating services. We had a few big functions here and to our surprise many of the hotel staff members, even those who were assigned to receive us, weren't as helpful and ready to serve as we had expected. Asked for information and most of the time they didn't seem to know and make no effort to search for answers. Other people may have a different experience but ours was definitely not pleasant and we won't be going back.
