For being a beach resort I was expecting something better. The hotel is somehow outdated but still decent. We visit Pattaya with a family of three and booked the hotel accordingly. When we checked in we’ve been told that the room policy is that a room is for 2 people… weird. We had to pay extra money to accommodate our little 👎. F&B it’s quite standard, possible below our expectations, especially breakfast, definitely not aligned with a 4⭐️ hotel standards. The area it’s quite easy going but quite far away if you want to visit Pattaya downtown, minimum 25 minutes considering the crazy traffic. I’d recommend? Not sure.. if you are looking for a easy holiday with your family close to the beach away from the noise possibly this is the place, otherwise It’s far away from everything

Good location, huge swimming pool, nice view, spacious rooms, very clean. The only problem I faced is the shower water flow temperature, it change to cold or very hot so suddenly, it troubled us and it could be dangerous for children.

GOOD HOTEL / GREAT LOCATION This hotel is very good in most respects Great location - Beach front - Big rooms - Nice swimming pools and outdoor area. Good breakfast Friendly staff Poor points: Dated rooms and furniture - floors in room’s dirty to walk on - Dreadful wifi - very noisy air conditioning Having said this I would stay here again

This was a resort yes! Probably before covid 19.. right now is a hotel with a good location and nice rooms to sleep in, but doesn’t offer any additional service.. there is no playground, no spa, no drinks or food, the gym is old, there is not a restaurant but also not room service.. only thing you get is the breakfast that is just ok: nothing much nothing too special.. if you go with kids avoid staying here unless they like to be in the sun in the pool because the umbrellas doesn’t even cover from the sun.. or if they like to play in the beach that is really just one step out of the hotel.. the hotel has great potential and hopefully they will do some investment to reactivate it and open all the activity rooms that they have closed.. in general ok but I wouldn’t recommend it for families.. maybe for couples suits better.
