My dad and I spent 3 nights here with my 13yo son. We were a little apprehensive staying in a 2 star, but it was absolutely lovely! We felt very safe in Eagle Rock and at the motel. Our trip took us to Burbank, Hollywood and Glendale area. We were able to get to those places quickly and easily and enjoyed coming back to Eagle Rock each night. The beds were the best beds I have ever slept in while on vacation. We fell into them at night and felt refreshed in the morning. We woke up to kids running on the floor above, but I know that is pretty typical. As a parent of four, it didn't bother me. My biggest complaints were the water pressure in the room, but still tolerable, and the size of the breakfast room. Wonderful selection of food but tiny room and hard to move around. Would I stay here again? Absolutely! In a heart beat!

We enjoyed our stay in this motel. Location is good, not very far from main attractions, in a quiet neighbourhood. The room was clean, spacious, had microwave and coffee and tea machine. The breakfast was good. Overall good value for money.

Simple motel in a pretty quiet neighborhood. Found the rooms clean and the front desk manager polite and helpful. Did not use any of the amenities like the pool but had no complaints overall. Like most motels the walls are thin so I recommend some earplugs if you are sensitive to sound.

This was a typical Comfort inn. The staff was friendly and attentive when needed. The room was clean and relatively quiet. They had continental breakfast, though the breakfast room was a tad small for all the people eating there. But, it was well stocked and quaint. Parking was available and the pool onsite was clean and easily accessible. This location was close to Universal Studios and the Convention Center so it was perfect for us. They even had an ice machine to help us keep the food in the cooler cold.

The hotel truly exceeded all expectations! The rooms are spacious and regularly cleaned, with towels replaced daily. The breakfast is satisfactory, although the room with tables can be a bit tight. Nevertheless, the "eat as much as you want" principle is clearly respected! 😂 As for the pool, even though it's smaller, it's quite sufficient for refreshment. I particularly enjoyed the heated pool, which was my favorite choice. The only drawback was that evening visitors, including families with children, brought food and glass bottles to the pool area. Unfortunately, I noticed that these same bottles were also taken into the heated pool. It would be helpful if the management takes more serious measures to preserve the safety and cleanliness of the pool, especially during the evening hours. Despite this minor inconvenience, our stay was extremely pleasant!
