Wonderful hotel with so much history. The location is a great central location and on Hollywood Boulevard. All areas were extremely clean. The service was phenomenal, staff were everywhere and willing to help. The pool was closed while the mural was being refreshed so unfortunately we were unable to enjoy the pool but there was still so much to occupy our time. Our last day we met Don Jacinto, Managing Director. He gave us some wonderful insight into the hotel and other activities the hotel is involved in. We hope to be back soon!

A stunning hotel boasting 1920s architecture and interior design, steeped in history. It features a delightful pool with a pool bar, various restaurants, and inviting spots for drinks. Well-known for its prominence. The staff, though competent, could enhance friendliness. A peculiar incident involving a small animal running across the pool tables was noted at night. The rooms, albeit compact, lacked a certain vitality. Unbeatable location by the Walk of Fame. Opt for the 24-hour parking at the adjacent mall.

I'm so glad I decided to splurge a bit and stay here for our quick 2-night trip! The whole place has so much character. The front desk staff were lovely and even gave us a free room upgrade AND some chocolate covered strawberries with a bottle of Prosecco for me and my partner! The pool area was beautiful at night with all the lights in the trees. We didn't get a chance to try one of the restaurants, but they seemed popular! The location also can't be beat. You're right in the heart of it! There are so many spots you can easily walk to and there's a lot to see and do. Check out The Coffee Bean! I would love to stay here again. It's worth every penny!

I will be talking to the head of this establishment. I was treated with such disrespect. I am not only a tourist from Texas. But your security was beyond rude and I experienced discrimination twice here. You will be hearing from my lawyers. I did nothing wrong to be treated with such distress. The security made up lies again just for me to leave, and when I told him I knew my rights,,, he told me I could no longer go and spend my money at 25 degrees. I’ve gone there every day for 31/2 weeks. I think it’s so ridiculous that a 300 lbs. man and a dark skinned 250 security guard is scared of an established woman. This is ridiculous. I do reviews also for a living. You all need to rectify this discriminatory situation quickly, because I have been targeted in the year 2024. I’ve been spending money everyday at 25 degrees and have promoted that restaurant as well. I feel it’s very wrong what you did. And what you did is called discrimination, and I’ll let you know is ILLEGAL. Only a handful of people I know there are actually proper employees. But it’s the bad seeds that make the hotel look bad. Rectify this soon!
