Location is easily accessible to public transportation and tourism areas. However, it’s far from highways and taxis. Rooms are small with medium quality furniture, and have very bad isolation. Most of the staff members cannot speak English, so it is difficult to communicate with them. Housekeeping is awful and they are never cleaning the rooms properly. My clothes were stained and ruined by the hotel laundry, and this thing ruined my entire trip.

i arrived at 21:30 in a hotel expecting to be ready a room for me and my son what i book but when they show me the room i was in shock at 21:40 in a winter time in january was in room full balcony door open proper cold in a room laminate floor damage i book twin supperion room but they try to give me a economy room then i refuse tho accept the room try to offer me second room with messy street view and i had book view on city then 3 room but i was that tired of this that i accept the 3 room tv was not working pillow they got that hard that my son was complaining about neck pain lots of dust in a room hotel is nice honestly to say but they should upgrade the furniture and definitely change the cleaners because this is was horrible how dusti and rusti shower it’s was radiator in bathroom too definitely i will not return back to this hotel horrible hotel even in a bathroom door handle was brooke and mini fridge with mold in a corners is quit sad because the reception in nice brrakfast is good too in reception staff is good just upgrad the damage furniture because people paying money to be in nice room not with damage furniture and not comfortable pillows and definitely change the cleaner at least the one who is cleaning in 3 th floor one you paying her for losing customers because no one will come back in a dusty room and messy bathroom in a shower radiator is lots of dust

This has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I got to my room to find a air con leak all over my floor. Technician came with just a screwdriver and then said he'd be back. Next thing a staff member comes with 2 towels expecting me to clean the water leak up. I went to the reception 3 times asking for a new room as the smell was awful, the room wasn't clean neither and they didn't want to give me another room until I kicked off and told them I'd post photos. No apologies was given. Luckily one man looked into the system and found another room in the end. I hope this experience doesn't happen to anyone else.

Location is good. But this hotel is not 4 star for sure. Staff don't speak English. The don't change evry day bad sheet. Iron take long to recive, the have few. Cleaning is 2 star. Breakfast is good. 2 small bottles of Water the provide only first night. TV channels 98% is turkish. Pictures on Internet for this hotel, are completely different then real. This is my opinion.
