We had booked a room with a view. The room was very good. Bathroom was good, although a couple of tweaks would improve, soap dish! Better shower screen. The staff were friendly and professional. We had a really good dinner, served by Jan, the fish was beautifully cooked on the open BBQ hearth fire and prepared at the table, excellent and delicious! Brilliant location.

Extremely good service. For a price... A typical example of how a business develops in a cultural habitat - the Old Town. The facades and the general view have been preserved, and the interior space has been used efficiently. It is extremely pleasant after a hot day to enter an air-conditioned hall with a burning fireplace. The restaurant is classic and classy with Central European and Mediterranean cuisine. There is no room for a breakfast buffet and therefore it is a gourmet type that comes a little more in the morning. Clean and tidy. Friendly reception. Early riser, pushy, loud and domineering housekeeping. An exceptional location. The nearest pick-up point is 200 meters away, which is very good in this pedestrian-only area.

Very polite staff, the girl at the reception was very nice, everyone speaks good English, new clean rooms. The location is the very center, perfect! This is our first time stopping here and we had a lot of fun.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Despite the friendly staff and central location, I experienced a number of problems. Some of the hotel rooms have extremely dirty carpets, whilst the other half is fully renovated. I was able to change room after 2 days. Our group also experienced “hot” water shortage one morning with cold showers. This was restored eventually but inconvenient. If you are a light sleeper then I’m also not convinced you will be pleased given the noise from busy shopping street.

Very good hotel and very attentative service, they changed our room because my wife and I initially got a windowless one we didn’t like. Also breakfast was delicious, plus great service with a smile. The rooms are quite small, the carpet has a bit of a water stain, but clean and nice. And the location is fantastic, right in the middle of everything, recommend it for a few nights stay to explore the gorgeous city.
