The hotel overall was enjoyable. It's not new and a bit worn, but generally quite clean. The rooms aren't large, but they have everything you need - a minibar, kettle, coffee machine, etc. It was great for 5 days. The only major drawback of the hotel is the breakfasts. For breakfast, there are fruits, pastries, cereals, but no vegetables, sausages, bacon. The juices are all artificial, undrinkable. Even the pancakes seem to be from a mix. The breakfast included macaroni and risotto, but they were almost always cold... The hotel's location is very convenient. There are shops, pharmacies, and the metro nearby. The hotel service is good, with daily cleaning, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

We came here after we had a disappointing experience with a nearby hotel. To say that the service provided here was a major step up is an understatement. The rooms are generous and very clean. They provided toiletries and some refreshments in the room (water, coffee, tea). Breakfast was absolutely amazing. They had a huge variety of food to choose from and it was delicious. The people at the front desk were friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Ridham, Gabriel, and Jennifer provided excellent service with a smile. We are definitely coming back and recommending this hotel to our friends!

GOOD: The location of the accommodation is very good, due to a direct metro station. In addition, the cleaning staff did their job neatly and carefully. There was fresh fruit at breakfast. BAD: In general, the accommodation looks worn and a bit older (scuffed walls, stains on the curtain, mold on the bathtub joint, ...). Also, in our opinion, the bed is not comfortable, as the mattress is very hard ans very old. The underground parking is very, very narrow, so we came with our car only after several turns to the lower floor. The breakfast is not very varied. Particularly noteworthy is that the hotel staff fills tap water (chlorine smell) in disposable plastic bottles, which you can buy in the supermarket for far less than a euro, and offers these on the breakfast buffet and thus pretends to the customer that it is fresh water. Not very professional.
