I forgot my shoes at the room and I was thinking it’s a regular hotel I will come after a few hours and I will find it at the lost and found! I told the receptionist where I forgot my shoes the exact spot and no one helped me and they didn’t even check. They steal my shoes and my shoes are high end brand!

If you’re a family or in a business trip , i really don’t recommend this hotel, its too loud from 12 AM until 9 AM 👎👎👎 its not comfortable at all

the indian man working around 11am that bring food up to u and wait at door is so nasty. I think he hates his job and is depressed because why does he act this way. Ive came many times and ive never seen a smile on his face compared to the other nice workers. I hope he gets passed his depression god bless him . If hes not happy here he should go find another job that dont involve customer service ! (:
