Great location right on the beach. No pool!?! Small room which is okay with me. Plumbing and lightning all looked brand spanking new but otherwise room was dated. Clothes cabinet was nice. Maybe they are upgrading in phases. Bed was older and less comfortable than I had hoped. Not terrible but I didn't sleep very well. Wifi access was horrible. 20+ tries to log sometimes. Counter staff was kind & polite, helping when possible on wifi.

This is an excellent value hotel right on the beach in Jomtien. The rooms are clean, have a bed, fridge, mini safe, balcony, TV and small bathroom. For around 1200 thb it's a good deal. There will be some street noise and a night market is next door but it wasn't too loud for me. There's a lift, a car park 200 m down the soi and a tub to wash sand off you feet out front. Overall this place is a good deal.

Looking over the beach..good view if not for the trees... Nice big soft bed .4 soft pillows .. Big TV.. kettle fridge 2 water etc..all normal stuff.. Bathroom is small but functional. Only problem I had was the shower goes from hot to cold and you spend more time trying to adjust it and waiting.. Told the cleaner and he got someone to look at it..so wait and see... It's quiet and far from Pattaya but has a market walking distance and pizza place...beach is great..just across the road.. The hotel is spotlessly clean..nice to see this... At night can sit outside and watch the world go by with a beer or a coke...relaxing place..maybe a little romantic.. Why 3 stars.. Reception when checking in made us wait untill 2 o'clock on the dot before giving us our keys.. No smiles..no welcome..just 2 sour faced lady's with no customer communication skills.. We actually found this really of putting... The night time receptionist was opposite..nice, friendly and helpful. No pool I could see or gym . Maybe worth a visit but remember it's the other end of jomtien...najomtien in fact.....

The best thing is it's next to the beach with baht buses (Thai very cheap taxis) going by every few minutes. Pleasant staff. I chose a room at the back with no sea view. There is a road between the hotel and the beach. Also, Thais have a habit of parking next to the beach and playing music loud enough to shame a club until quite late. There are plenty of decent restaurants nearby and (mostly) quiet bars.
