Definitely budget end. We were greeted very kindly. The room was clean and "no frills". The shower was great. Not too sure about the shaver lighting switch wiring, which was pointed out to staff. Very conveniently situated for Winter Gardens

Dirty bed sheets, was over charged more than what was agreed. Radiator didn’t work so was freezing on a night after being out in the cold all day. Complained three times on the second night regarding the heating and it still didn’t work. Not impressed.

Very Basic No kettle in room no plug in sink No Carling on DRAUGHT just cans limited food options for breakfast coffee out of machine £1.85 Woke up to the smell of burgers in the b&b
