Very Disappointing stay and definitely not 5 star. Overused apartments being sold as luxury hotel. My sink was blocked and despite letting them know 3 times nothing happened. It should have been fixed easily by maintenance on site. Housekeeping never replaced finished toiletries. Complementary water is advertised on their website but never found in the room. Balconies are facing another building and not Albert Park as seen on The Kinson website.

Well, it was a very smooth transaction. The check-in was very easy. I've given 1 less star for not being able to get the preferred room as requested during the booking online but the lady at the reception "did" try to accommodate my request but nonetheless I got a good room with an unobstructed view. The other issue, which is not a deal breaker, was the noise from the next room, but it's the finals, so I'll let it slide. The room is not bad for a studio. The bathroom was clean. What stood for me the most is the decor along the rooms and hallways of all these 60's magazine cover photos and the water container. Small details make a huge difference. As for pricing, I am sure anyone can come across a good deal. Overall, it was a good stay and experience, and just keep up the happy attitude. Thanks to that lovely girl at the counter when I checked in. Keep it up! 👍

Close enough to the CBD and transport to access everything we wanted. Well maintained apartments with great view. Spacious with high-quality linen and towelling, friendly staff. Decor is a blend of modern 1950s retro with a lot of mirrors, glass, and chrome classic prints adorn the walls and elevators. Sound proof windows - could not hear traffic, occasionally heard tram bells.

I was very happy with the room, but unfortunately I felt talked down to by a female staff member. My daughter accidently left a few items In the bathroom that added up to a few hundred dollars and when i called up to see if we could pick them up they told me the house keeping did not find them. They were definately in the bathroom and no one else could get into the rooms as you need a swipe card. Wouldn't stay there again.
