Went here for afternoon tea today. Lovely welcome and plenty of room at the tables. Delicious finger sandwiches with good selection of fillings, followed by a great variety cake stand including dessert pots and scones with jam and cream. Large pot of green tea which was lovely and hot and refilled. Would definitely recommend a visit for afternoon tea in lovely surroundings.

Visited twice in recent weeks. Food is pretty good. I wish they would put the pizzas back on the menu. Good selection of beers for an out-of town bar. My only grumble is that the Gents toilet in bar area is poor. It is functional and probably looked very impressive in the past, but wc area didn't have a functioning lock and the seat looks like it's been rescued from a skip The ceiling tiles are also in poor state. A great place that needs some TLC.

Went for lunch was very quiet the young man that served us was lovely his customer service was great the food was tasty the fish was a good sized portion however the fajitas were a bit disappointing it was just chicken and onions no peppers and no guacamole and certainly not enough for the 3lge tortillas but the service made up for it 😀
