Please think 10x before deciding to book this hotel. Rooms are filthy, not cleaned upon arrival, towels and bedsheet are black, rooms reeks of cigar odour despite being non-smoking rooms. Housekeeping store room is in a filthy condition.

Very terrible experience. This is the first time I travel in other country doesn't even want to stay in a hotel. Actually even local driver didn't recommend this hotel. In agoda apps they said they provide hair dryer but when we ask they said ONLY in junior room😀. The floor is dirty and the bed sheet also. Dim light in whole room and toilet. Surau is like just beside you in midnight 4AM you will have your auto Sembahyang Alarm until 5AM for AN HOUR！And there is a very very big mirror beside two beds dont know what for but totally unessesary！

this hotel's position in the middle of the city makes it easier to find anything and it's also close to the mall, calling grab is also very easy, the rooms are spacious and quite satisfying, there are only a few things that are not satisfactory, namely among them weak wifi in the room and hot water sometimes it works sometimes too does not work, in terms of cleanliness it is very unsatisfactory dust everywhere in the corners of each floor of the room including under the bed which is visible and can be reached but no action is taken then the noisy sound of laughing chatting from next to another room is very disturbing at midnight at dawn closing the door with a slam and sometimes the elevator room smells of cigarette smoke and this is also disturbing. this is just sharing the experience of booking a room at the L hotel for almost a week, not meaning to be bad, just telling the facts, so that more attention will be paid in the future. Thanks
