It has a nice spacious rooms. They were some minor leaks but nothing disruptive. The pool was decently size for kids to have fun. Staffs were nice and they served a simple and decent breakfast buffet. Quite nicely located for you to Grab anywhere. One thing for improvment was their wheelchair access to their front lobby and to the buffet

Don't get me wrong for the stars, the hotel actually quite nice. This hotel are somewhat vintage yet comfortable enough to spend some time here. Facilities is nice too. One horrible thing is their security guard. Not all of them of course, but I have bad experiences with ill mannered security guard here. They don't treat you as guest, bad gestures, foul language, haughty attitude, arrogant manner. Their management should educate them more of how a hospitality business should behave towards their main source of income.

Stayed with planet holiday for about 3 days 2 nights, Room service was really accommodating and friendly. The room itself was clean, spacious and pleasant smelling with a huge bath tub!! Plus points its near vicinity bars/club food and malls

Highly recommended and value of money ! Hotel is bit old but it provided all the facilities and definitely value for money. There is good option for breakfast in Morning, staff is attentive. Daily housekeeping , Gym , Swimming pool 🏊‍♀️ are also available. Rooms size is good and provided two beds for 2 adults and 2 kids. It is also near by to Nagoya City mall. We enjoyed our stay here.

Book this hotel at your own risk or luck..having stay a lot of hotels at batam and among all this is one of the bad service I encountered with. We check into the hotel during night time and via our booking we already request for non smoking room however that night the front desk said that all non smoking room have been fully book which to our horror how does it justify to us as a paying customer? After we persuade them if they do not have a non smoking room than refund back to us and we can change to other hotels and after checking it and less than 1 min miraculously they found a non smoking room! So morale of the story book at your own risk (if you are non smoker)
