Our stay at the Langley hotel in London was nothing short of exceptional! From the stunning room to the delectable food, every aspect of our experience was top-notch. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the ROCKSTAR concierge service. A few days before our arrival, I reached out to the concierge via email, explaining that after 6 weeks of travel, this was our final stop and I needed an additional suitcase to ease my return to the USA. The response was beyond incredible. They not only sourced the exact suitcase I wanted but also ensured it was waiting for us upon arrival. The concierge, in particular, was a lifesaver. Not only was she incredibly helpful in coordinating the purchase and delivery of the suitcase, but she also assured me that if it didn't meet my expectations, they would handle the return. This level of service allowed me to fully enjoy the amazing hotel and property without the hassle of hunting for an additional piece of luggage. The Langley hotel has won our hearts with its commitment to customer service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality. I can't wait for the opportunity to return to this remarkable property. Thank you for making our stay truly unforgettable!

Our first impression of the hotel was good and we were very excited. But that changed after the first night. The hotel rooms are very noisy and you can tell the maintenance of the building is non-existent. I am not the one to write bad reviews but I feel obligated to give this information. I was very disappointed with the management team and the service we received. We had minimal relaxation due to noise coming from the room above. So much so, that the chandelier was shaking above our bed. I mentioned the issue to management on numerous occasions but zero effort was made to correct this. On top of that, paying the bill at check-out was incredibly frustrating and confusing. I must also mention do NOT leave any valuables in your room. I had 3 very valuable items stolen out of my room. Once again, I mentioned this to management and all they could do was deny anything was stolen which is insulting. It ruined our whole experience. Value for money? I think not! No effort to compensate us for the stolen items or even comfort us during this experience is atrocious service and disrespectful. We also booked The Spa for every day we stayed which was the opposite of relaxing. The staff in the Spa were fantastic, but during our Spa treatment, all we could hear were children screaming and jumping into the pool. I'm sorry I couldn't give any positive feedback regarding our stay, but as you can tell all in all it was a very negative experience. Overpriced and overrated. Disappointing to say the least. If you are looking for an expensive hotel with low quality/unexperienced service this is the place for you.

What a hidden gem. We were shocked to find such a tranquil oasis so close to the city and Heathrow. The grounds & trails, the rooms & architecture, the spa, the gym, the food, and the staff were all fantastic. Kerena and the team are so thoughtful. We went for a baby moon and they prepared a wonderful spa treatment for my wife and had a full body pillow waiting on the bed. The staff & food in both the restaurant and lounge was amazing, particularly the veal dishes and spinach side. Great green juices at breakfast. Very much lives up to the reputation and well worth the price. Top to bottom extremely well-run luxury retreat. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!

Eveyone there was so helpful and friendly. Special thank you goes to Kerena, the guest service manager. She arranged kids activity for my daughter and shopping trip for my wife in advance of our arrival. She made our whole stay so much relaxed and stress-free. The hotel is surrounded by acres of beautiful landscape. We spent a beautiful weekend. We can't wait to go back for our next stay.
