The hotel has a bar within with loud music in the evening until ~1am. This is definitely annoying if you plan to rest before that time. The place is very nicely located with spacious bedrooms and a very welcoming staff. I assume that not all rooms experience noise issues but with my personal experience I can't recommend this place. Without the noise I would have rated this place a 5 star.

This was the worst hotel I've ever experienced in terms of customer service, definitely not a five star experience.The charger on the bed was broken, we were rudely told to buy a charger when asking for a charging plug. We called several times asking for more water and milk for the coffee pods in our room, only to be charged for it. I said good morning/afternoon to staff three separate times, only to be glared at and ignored. On checkout, the front desk double charged me and I spent 30 minutes trying to explain to them and showed them my receipts, only for them to blame me for using a third party booking site. The bar was beautiful, and the gong bath was spectacular--these are the only redeeming qualities.
