Paying 1000 baht for a suite has to be a sweet deal, anywhere in Thailand, especially in Bangkok. But the price is not the only attraction; the quality in the unit is what prompts me to rank this place highly. First, the construction and the architecture : a mixture of classic and modern, with hardwood along the edges of all rooms and slick concrete in the middle; the bed room has an almost floor-to-ceiling window wrapping around the corner. Secondly, the furniture reflects the good taste of the owner: butcher block style hard wood TV table and end tables by the bed side and a Thai style wardrobe cabinet of the quality one finds only in 5 star resorts. Thirdly, there are two air conditioners in the suite, the one in the living room is twice the power of the normal size: it is powerful! Fourthly, this place is the first (non-five star hotel) I have seen, in my eighteen years of travel in Thailand, that comes with no mildew between the bathroom room tiles: top quality maintence and bathroom hardware. VERY impressive. The only annoyance is their WiFi, which requires you to enter the ID and Password each time you use it. I would gladly round my 4.8 up to a 5.0

I stayed at The Meet Green Apartments for a month. The apartment, public areas, and grounds were clean and very well maintained. The staff and management were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I had to telework to the USA and found the free internet service to be speedy and reliable even for VoIP through our corporate VPN. The hotel is also convenient to local restaurants, Fashion Island Promenade, the Expressway, and a nice golf driving range of which I took advantage. Overall the accommodations and service were above my expectations and the room was very comfortable and well decorated. I am very satisfied with the courteous and professional level of service that I experienced on my visit and would definitely use The Meet Green Apartments on my next stay in Bangkok.

It is a nice and clean place to stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed every day we stayed there. Pros: - friendly staff - friendly staff (once again) - quiet location - lots of flowers - reasonable price - not far from parks and shopping malls - fast WiFi in the rooms - ideal for families with kids Cons: None

During rulemaking, agency officials decide what processes must be followed, what rules govern those processes, and the timing of the various stages of the process. In the end, it is agency officials who review the evidence, find the facts, and draft the final rule. However, this authority is not unchecked. All three constitutionally created governmental branches play a role in controlling the authority of administrative officials in rulemaking.
