The hotel is very basic, Could do with some TLC. The room was clean and the bed comfy but the bedside lights were broken, one didn't work at all. The plug didn't go down on the bath so had to have showers. Breakfast was very basic and not presented very well. Good bus connections into the city and near Lark Lane which has excellent small bars and restaurants.

the rooms are clean but you can hear someone walking in the corridors so you wake up at night. for two days there was no water in the shower and toilet. I was not offered a change of room because they were all occupied and I was not offered any other help, not even offered another solution. I do not recommend unless you want to waste your time and money

Filthy, falling apart, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. First room hadn't been cleaned in months and the second is falling apart. How can you take a security deposit but move someone into a room with the lights hanging off, no heating and a curtain rail that's hanging off the wall!!!
