Absolutely stunning hotel. Stayed there 3 times on separate occasions. From top to bottom it was superb. The food was amazing, atmosphere was class and staff cannot do enough for you. The lounge and bar is incredible I could sit there with my family all day and enjoy. Spa is as good as anywhere and the hotel is reasonably priced. Can’t recommend enough

We didn't stay in this magnificent hotel but we had the most gorgeous lunch and drinks, before a show at the nearby Empire Theatre. What an absolute treat. Sam, was the most congenial host, so attentive and great humour, he made our visit. The food was so delicious, wish we would have had more time there. We will definitely return to this fabulous hotel. Superb Sam 👏

Before I arrived at the hotel the taxi driver was already raving about the Himalayan salt spa. The hotels reputation certainly held up on my arrival. The attention to detail on my arrival and the friendliness and first class service of all the staff I interacted with made for an experience I shall never forget. The decor in the palm court was a wow no matter how many times I was there or walked through. This is a beautiful hotel but the staff make your stay a real experience , thank you for having me

Stepping into this hotel immediately reveals where the impressive £30 million budget has been invested. From the grand entrance to the Palm Court bar, each detail is sure to leave a lasting impression. As frequent visitors to Liverpool, we've experienced many hotels in the city center, but this one has quickly ascended to the top of our list. Despite opting for a smaller double room for our Sunday stay, we found it to be charming and well-appointed, mirroring the elegance found throughout the hotel. The room boasted a superbly comfortable bed, a stunning bathroom with a walk-in drench shower, and was remarkably quiet, even being located just below ground level near a busy road. The evening's dining experience was equally memorable, featuring a delightful Festive Menu and exceptional cocktails. A special thanks to Ellie Rankin and her team for their outstanding service. It was a pleasant surprise to see Ellie again at breakfast, where her team continued to impress us. The buffet breakfast was extraordinary, leaving us satisfied for the entire day. As self-proclaimed coffee aficionados, we were also pleased with the quality of the coffee. This hotel comes highly recommended from us. History enthusiasts should definitely look it up on Google for some fascinating insights. Two thumbs up for this remarkable stay! 👍🏼👍🏼

We stayed midweek for 2 nights and arrived very early in the morning and the staff were very accommodating and took our bags to a safe place to allow us to go in to the city. When we got back later that afternoon our bags were already in our room waiting for us. The room was clean and well presented. We had a few drinks in the bar that night and although busy we were served very quickly. Breakfast was to a high standard and the choices were very good. All the staff were very helpful with any queries we brought to them during our stay. Would recommend this hotel highly and we will most definitely visit again.
