The Ned is an absolute gem sitting in the Doha Corniche. The hotel is placed right in front of the skyline allowing for a fantastic sight and also within 15’ walk on the beautiful promenade to Souq Waqif. The building was formerly owned by the Ministry of Interior and the new property maintained a lot of the original 70s style features which are making it a true gem that seems stuck in the past. Food options (breakfast above all) are outstanding. The rooms are amazing and the beds super comfortable. The hotel staff is always making you feel welcomed and ready to help. In our next stay in Doha we will surely be staying again here.

If you wanna stay in a very unique hotel, then this is the one! The Ned is an absolute gem and such an incredible addition to Qatar’s hospitality sector. The hotel is so unique in its details and its timeless spirit. The interiors of the hotel is just gorgeous and will definitely take you back to the beauty of the 60s and 70s era. The rooms are so beautiful and the dining options are great too. The locais superb at the center of Doha’s iconic Cornish. You have to try it to believe it! What a great place indeed!

Arrived early to enjoy the brunch menu (highly recommend!) And top up my tan on the last day in 2024. Stayed for NYE & NYD events, fantastic live entertainment on the night with a good mix of Qatari & foreign clientele -great to have everyone relaxed & celebrating together. The buffet dinner service had everything & more prepared & served to a superb standard -commendations to the chef who also sent out burgers for the end of night snack -What a hero! The hotel is beautiful, from decor to service nothing is overlooked, rooms have Dyson hairdryers and cowshed products as standard (there is a take-home surcharge menu if wanting). The only regret we had was not enjoying the late checkout more (3pm) and skipping breakfast for the buffet brunch by the heated pool, where there was also a wicked DJ on the set heralding the new year's day in! Cannot wait to come back, thank you for the ideal end & start of years.
