I am very angry and upset with this hotel. I paid a lot of money and i requested my ice pack for my insulin be kept in the freezer. I was hesitant thinking they may confuse it with a fridge so i reitterated the difference between the fridge and the freezer and checked more than 10 times it was in the freezer and not the fridge i was assured it would be put in the freezer not the fridge. I asked to see it for myself to check but was refused as i was told it was a staff room. Upon check out at 1st no one could find it then when it was found it was from the fridge not the freezer. Since I am insulin dependent it means that the insulin will not be kept at the correct temperature and now I cannot use that insulin. I could not weight the 4hrs it would take to freeze because i would miss my flight. I am extremely upset disappointed and want to make a complaint. I would not reccomend this hotel or ever stay there again.

We choosed the hotel because it’s said 4 stars. The room was totally durty , there was no coffe first and the tv remote was broken then we ask for a new one , the floor and the wall were not clean , no change in reception, we called room service at 7pm they said it’s closed. In the morning reception called us by mistake at 8am which disturbed us a lot for no reason. We will not think to come back here , the service was very bad .

Absolute worst and most disgusting hotel i ever stayed in. Horrible service, unprofessional staff. Water from taps was dirty, wifi did not work, called front desk to help it took them 30 min to send someone. No tv remote in room. Not worth staying in even if free

Actually it’s one of worst experiences in hospitality industry 1st of all it couldn’t be 4 stars or even 3 I will tell my experience from A to Z 1- 1st time I take token to make check in in hotel and waited almost 45 minutes to get the room key. 2- as per Receptionist have to pay 100 Qr in cash as insurance if any damages or stains ( don’t know how to ask that if even no chair to sit if you will have sandwich) actually I never see that before. 3- room so narrow, floor carpet dirty as shown in picture. 4- One of worst the parking if you have big car don’t try to go inside ( if you decide to go this place )the parking and you have to suffer seeking for parking around which it’s so difficult because it’s one of crowded places in Doha. 5- some no boiler or hair dryer in room we called to have it My final conclusion this place could not be a hotel
