I have been living here for a month and the overall experience is very good. The boss is very enthusiastic and always responds to inquiries whenever needed. Several times, I drank too much at night and forgot to bring my keys. The boss always came up to help open the door. Thank you very much, the experience was great, and I will come back again in the future.

The hotel is clean and good. Now we live here, at first we thought of renting for a month, but we extended it for the whole winter. Prices per month for withdrawal are not astronomical. Cleaning - 200 baht, if necessary you order, 8 baht per kilowatt (which I think is normal in the season, considering that when looking for housing, we were offered a room of 9 square meters, with a pissed mattress for 10 baht per kilowatt). Sound insulation is not very good, but not annoying. Our windows overlook the courtyard, you can’t hear the street. 20-30 minutes walk to the beach, nearby 7/11, cafes. The renovation is new, fresh, a little tattered here and there, but not critical. The bed is normal, the mattress is new, the air conditioner is new. A kettle, a small refrigerator, a hairdryer, and towels are provided. The drain in the shower works perfectly, and with the heater there is always hot water. The owner is responsive and friendly.
