This hotel is very close to lake side, which makes convenient to visit lake side area at any time. Also the owner is very helpful and good person. He respects every customer and talk in a very polite way. The room is quite good for the price they are offering. We stayed here for 3 nights and its a value for money.

Damu is the best manager I've encountered in recent years, his hospitality and service was top notch but of all his smile and warm welcome are infectious. The extent he goes to make his guests comfortable is truly admirable.

We have stayed at the North Face Inn many times over the past 12 years and we have always found it a wonderful place to stay. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, and the rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location, just up the street from the shopping in Lakeside and from Fewa Lake, is just perfect. It's possible to easily walk to restaurants and shopping, and it feels very safe. A new addition is a breakfast option, which is great. The staff can also help with arranging sightseeing and trekking. I would highly recommend the North Face Inn for anyone traveling to Pokhara.
