I would recommend this hotel. The rooms are decorated lovely and very clean. The breakfast was nice with plenty of options. My sister checked out late for an hour but the staffs are putting up with her which was a very kind gesture. We left our luggage’s there as we need to do shopping last minute. They keep the luggage’s in the reception which was also an excellent customer service. The only drawback in this hotel is that if you have a big luggage the passage is narrow with no elevator, so you need to tell them ahead on booking that tha staffs can help you with this. Overall, with this excellent location, a very good customer service with clean and nice room, I will definitely come back. We stayed two nights in the other hotel nearby, we just moved here in last two nights. We regretted not booking with them first: I definitely recommend and my sister will stay here again in November: Keep up with the service team. We had a lovely stay.

In one word clean, absolutely clean. That was the one thing I was worried about traveling overseas. No problem here the hotel was cozy. The staff was friendly, amazingan very helpful I could go on and on. I appreciated the experience I had at the omega. Next time I go to London, that’s where I’m going to stay

Lovely. Will definitely book again in the future. It's located in one of the prettiest parts of London and is conveniently near a few underground stations. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, you can easily just enjoy staying close and enjoy the parks. There's parking (looked like 2 spaces) but you have to book it in advance. There are no lifts/elevators to the upper floors so if you have a heavy suitcase, you'll struggle without help (or upper body strength). The room itself was a nice size, not huge, but comfy enough for two people. There is a small closet for storage, two floating end tables, a desk with a mirror that lights up, and a nice big bed with space underneath so you can store your suitcase. There is a tiny en suite bathroom and shower which I appreciate despite its size. All in all, it was clean and perfectly located. Great value.

I stayed there with two friends for 4 nights. All three receptionists were very kind and super helpful with transport info a.o, as well as the rest of the staff. It was pretty warm at night considering there was no ac, but we made do with the electrical fan which came with the room. The beds were comfortable, and the room was cleaned everyday. Everything was exactly as listed on the website, so I cannot give less than 5 stars. I would definitely come back and recommend it to others :D
