The fantastic staff definitely rises the score in this hotel. The lady at the reception was very lovely and helpful. The rooms were spacious and nice. Only 10/15 minutes from the airport:)

Rooms are very basic. Garden is full of mosquitos. Food in the restaurant is just average (better go to the main street...but a bit far). Swimming pool is nice but children below 1.3meter won't be able to touch the bottom anywhere. Staff is very nice and very helpful.

Seriously, don't trust the bad reviews. The hotel stay was a one of a kind experience. Away from the hustle and bustle of the main city, this hotel is perfect for the people looking for a peaceful stay amidst nature. Also, the local transports are not very far away, so you can go to the city anytime without spending too much. If given the chance, I would again like to visit the hotel.

We stayed here in a quadruple room. The room was perfect for our family of 4. It was a stopover stay before our flight for Phuket the next day. In the one night we stayed the service was exceptional. The lady at the front desk was SO helpful and check in process was super seamless. The hotel is located at the end of a long street and walking that to get to the main road may seem daunting for some but for just 20 baht the hotel has its own tuktuk service to go to and from the main road. There are tons of restaurants near the main road, the one we loved was the steeet food stall next to UNIQLO. There is also Paseo mall nearby for any shopping or dining you want to do. Also they let us store our luggage at the hotel for free. The hotel grounds are pretty and the pool is nice too. Overall, I came with not much expectations and left very satisfied. 10/10 would recommend.
