Fantastic hotel if you need to stay close to the airport. Great location, you'll find everything you need in the area. The hotel was great for us since we got to BKK and had to take our next flight the day after. We arrived by taxi straight from the airport (it was a 15-minute ride). The hotel is super clean, nice and modern. Our room was spotless with all the necessary amenities. The garden and pool area are beautiful. They have a gym (I had no time to use it, but it looked great). The restaurant is perfect if you want to stay at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was really good, with Asian and international options. The shuttle service to the airport was included on the price and was reliable and convenient. You should book it in advance. The staff in reception, bar and restaurant are welcoming and friendly. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you need to make a stopover in Bangkok.

Great location. If you want to be close to the airport, the premises are gorgeous, the rooms are great, the breakfast is amazing, the staff in the breakfast room are amazing, and the meals and cocktails are seriously good unfortunately the staff at the front desk are not personal they were very unpleasant to deal with 😢 we waited on two occasions for our transfers for pick up to our accommodation ( that we had prearranged ) and both times were disappointed first time waiting for over 2+ hours until we ourselves made other arrangements ....disappointing to say to least 😢 then again on our return believing that it couldn't possibly happen again......but guess what ? We did see them this time only to continue to drive thru with no way to get to them, disappointing at best 😡 we again had to make our own way there at this stage of our return on my last night. I asked for a bucket of ice to take to my room ( that i had done at every other night while traveling around Thailand at every other accommodation) only to discover they have a cost for the ice and even though it was minimal every other accommodation were happy to give the ice (not much to ask for ) the front desk staff were disappointing at best 😢 this is the first time I have unfortunately given a mixed review

Very surprised. Large rooms, comfortable beds very attentive staff. Unfortunately did not have time to use the amazing pool. Will certainly use again and only 10 minutes from the airport. Fantastic value.

Public areas are clean and well maintained, however rooms are in need of renovation. Amenities such as towels and bedding and mattresses are not 4 star quality. Bathroom amenities are tiny bottles of shampoo and body wash, enough for one person only. Air vents in room are dirty, furnishings worn and dated. TV set an angle that is awkward to view from the bed (too low). Giving the room a generous "3" because it IS clean, if worn. Too bad, because the staff work hard and offer excellent service making one expect more but feel disappointed upon seeing the rooms. More of a motel feel than a hotel, since rooms open to the outside and not an indoor hallway. Nice pool area, clean and well maintained. Fitness room is modest but acceptable. Service is very good overall. Welcome drink coupon is good for a too sweet fruity concoction that would be a guest's choice selection at a true 4 star hotel ... not good. Breakfast is very good. Nice selection of fresh vegetables and fruit, coffee, juices, tea, breads and pastries. Egg station made to order. Restaurant area is well maintained, clean, and service is good. A great location for those arriving or departing Suvarnabhumi Airport. Free shuttle to the airport from hotel, but sadly only the hour (thus, 4 stars instead of 5), and not until 6am which eliminates many international travelers who need to arrive for early departures. If you're going offer a service, make it convenient. At least a half hour departure schedule and 24/7 would seem reasonable. Mall across the street with cinema. A short ride to the airport. One hopes that a near-term renovation of rooms and a more user-friendly, common sense amenity package will bring this hotel back up to above average in its class.

My stay at this hotel was a pleasant stopover close to the airport before our morning flight. It's perfectly located around 10 mins by taxi. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I arrived early and left a note for my friend arriving after midnight. The room is spacious and quiet. I ordered room service and the food is among the tastiest for a hotel standard. However, the bed was a bit too firm for my liking, and more pillows would be appreciated. While the area is convenient with a shopping mall across the main road, crossing the road was challenging due to heavy traffic.
