I stayed in a standard double bedroom, it was nice enough, beds soft, and pillows full (too much for my liking). Bathroom looks like it was relatively recently renovated. Ventilation unit is noisy when on. Cleaning service not the best - there were some hairs in the shower high up - I'm guessing from the cloths they use (?), also they never came to clean my room one day. There is free shuttle service downtown, book in advance. Pricewise, I paid CAD $175/night which seemed like a good deal compared to other places available downtown at the time, but afterwards I'm not so sure.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable, the view was pretty nice, and the room was warm upon entry. The front desk staff were friendly and polite. I did not have a chance to try the restaurant or the gym, so I cannot comment on that. I think it is a great stay for the location as well. The only thing that needs to be done is the room needs some TLC (paint touch up, walls redone, and a few others). This does not affect the comfort of the stay though, just the appearance of the room.

I stayed at this hotel in the summer, I encountered a mix of experiences. The mattress in my room unfortunately had hair on it, which was quite concerning. Additionally, the washroom was not up to standard; the provided soap was merely a half-filled bottle, and I noticed a cracked sink along with water damage on the doors. Another downside was the noisy air conditioning unit, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The room doesn’t worth $300+ (in August). However, it wasn't all negative. The doorman and receptionist were very friendly and welcoming, which I greatly appreciated. Their hospitality was a highlight in an otherwise disappointing stay.

The worst experience. The I came to Vancouver I booked room for 3 nights from there, in entrance they asked me $200 deposit (never a hotel want to sth like that), I gave it the deposit and paid all amount of the 3 nights. Second night I comeback to hotel with rental car and I gave it the vale, they asked to paid to me park fee (that's totally fine) and I said okey I'll paid when I checkout but he guys said to me you need to pay right now! They're really rude, we won't space guys we're your customers!!!
