Loved the location. Was able to obtain secure overnight parking. Staff was friendly, free coffee was superb! The room and bed were so clean. The Artwork was adorable. My daughter and I loved our stay. We recommend this cute boutique hotel and will stay there again!

Lovely room, but horrible place to spend the night. We visited over the summer and chose The Burrard based on pricing and location. The air conditioner is a portable setup and very, VERY loud. Mix the constant air conditioner's sound with all the traffic sounds of the street. The hotel is on a busy street and has no sound isolation. I didn't sleep at all and had an early flight. Cute rooms and decently priced, but don't risk it if you want to sleep.

It was awesome. Very affordable in comparison to other hotels in the area. It was extremely clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. The courtyard was also so cute. I ended up getting injured and they let me stay 2 hours past checkout to rest. Best place ever!

I stayed at this hotel for two nights while attending a conference at the Wall Centre across the street, and my overall experience was fantastic. The friendly staff and the lovely room interior stood out as highlights. I arrived about two hours before the standard check-in time, and the staff graciously accommodated my early check-in. Additionally, I appreciated the complimentary bottled water provided. However, there are a couple of minor drawbacks to note: the bathroom sink is on the smaller side, and you may occasionally hear sirens at night due to the hotel’s proximity to a hospital. Overall, I would love to stay here again if visiting Vancouver!

Great hotel and atmosphere. Really comfy king size bed with nice sheets! Clean and quiet. Really nice to have the courtyard area to relax and eat. Only complaint is the scented products. I had to buy my own hand soap (no biggie but would have been nice to know in advance), and they spray airfreshener when cleaning between guests. I had specifically requested fragrance free because of headaches and nausea caused by these products so was unhappy to discover the scent upon arrival. Airing out the room helped but did not eliminate the smell.
