I could not have enjoyed my stay more. The room was ready early for us to settle into. The spa was totally worth the value and really added to our stay. The whole hotel was super clean and tidy and the breakfast was fantastic with great variety. Every member of staff was friendly and welcoming. We look forward to coming back soon.

Hotel was absolutely stunning, really enjoyed our stay. The only thing that could be improved is we had to pay £40 each to use the spa for an hour and a half even though we were staying at the hotel, it should be free for guests. Also it was incredibly difficult to book the spa, emailed the hotel reception team who said they couldn't reserve the spa and passed me onto the spa reception who don't take bookings via email and insisted I called. They wanted to take payment upfront so I asked them to charge my card or add it to my room bill but they said they couldn't do this. Yet when I arrived at the hotel I reserved the spa and was able to add it to my room booking In response to the hotels reply, we weren't offered any glass of fizz, only water.

Great rooms, some with cracking views. Staff are polite, friendly, and professional. No complaints about breakfast. Cooked nicely and plenty of variety to suit all tastes. The location is superb, right next to the stadium and easy walking to shops bars food places and train station.

The hotel is well located with all places of interest and shops are located within a short distance. The restaurant is top notch, great breakfast and the evening meal we had was superb - not cheap but you don’t eat out like that very often. The room was large and very well decorated. A few gripes. Items of furniture were dusty on the first day. This was cleaned on the second day. A bottle of Prosecco that was in with the package was not in the room on arrival. We asked for it on the second day but it went to the wrong room. The hotel made up for this by giving us two bottles. The iron in the room had a faulty cable. We reported this and it was changed, not that we do a lot of ironing but you expect items to be right when you are paying for an expensive hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the three night stay in the hotel and in Cardiff.

Perfect location for the rugby stadium. Frist class service from the team. Nothing too much trouble. Only had breakfast, but that was an excellent buffet will all the standard items, but super good. My room (109) was compact but comfortable, great night's sleep. Bathroom large with an oddly interesting full height window (with Clear glass - don't forget to close the curtains 😉) highly recommended!
