Worst hotel experience ever. I wanted to leave at check in. Ive never been so disappointed in a hotel before. This hotel presents itsself as a place you can stay with your dog and is made for dogs. I reasearched it and the pictures sold me. I booked a room for 77,000 won. The room isnt worth more than 50k but since it allowed dogs I figured it wasnt bad. I told them in advance I was bringing 2 dogs. At check in they told me there is a 33,000 won extra fee for an extra dog. What? For a 4kg and 5kg dog Im paying 110k for a room? And they didnt bother to tell me this in advance. Sneaky. I paid because it was too late to cancel and my card would have been charged. I was given a contract to sign in Korean. Then a paper that explained the rules. Again in Korean. When I go out I have to leave my dog in the play room or cage. And I have to pay 2,000 won per hour for it. Extra What the hell did I just pay 110,000 won for if my dogs that dont bark cant use the room when Im out? The extra fees for dogs to go in the room dont cover anything at all. They are just fees. There is no play room. It is the hallway of the vet's waiting room with customers constantly walking through. Dogs are barking and running around here and peeing on the floor. I didnt see any employee actually playing with them and no toys. This costs 2,000 won an hour. The cages on the website looked huge. But in reality a cushion for a 4kg dog can fit. And pee pads on the floor. But both my dogs peed on their beds because their wasnt enough room. No where to wash the cushions either. The cage room was so loud with dogs barking their head off. Dogs over 8kg cant fit in the cages and just wander around the cage room. This costs 3,000 per hour per dog. The employees are nice and helpful but none of them knew prices or policies. The lobby worker and 3rd floor workers gave different prices and operating procedures. The rules paper said we MUST tske out the dogs by 930pm from the cages. So we cancelled our night plans. Only to find out that the dogs can stay caged 24hrs a day. So we cancelled our night plans for no reason. The room was too hot. Wanted to use the air con but the remote wasnt in the room so I couldnt. To save costs. Why did I pay 110k if I cant use the damn air con at my leisure? The windows dont lock and easily slide open. Why? Who knows but in winter a draft will surely come in. You must pay 3,000 won for a toothbrush and paste. 3k for 3 pee pads and a lint roller. Extra trash bags too. NOTHING is free. I paid 110,000 won for a room and NOTHING is included or complimentary. The pool costs 8,000 won. ONE extra pillow costs like 10k. If the dog marks on the bed 22k fine. So why are there dog stairs in each room? The pet cafe on floor 2 is expensive but the portions are tiny. This hotel offers zero value. Imagine going to an amusement park. You pay high price to enter. But then each ride also has a fee. The bathroom has a fee. The water fountain has a fee. Plus you also have to pay for severely overpriced food. And for souvenirs. And youre not aware until after youve paid to get in. Thats what this hotel is. The worst part is they purposly conceal the prices. Its not on their website. Or booking sites. You also dont get a price table at check in. Why? Because if they tell you in advance odds are youre not gonna come, right? Thats so sneaky to me. That is pure deceit. To top all this off. They dont check vaccinations. They asked when I booked and I said yes. I brought proof. No one checked. Not the lobby person. Not the licensed vet on the 3rd floor. No one. There were at least 30 dogs I could see. Did they not check them either? Oh and the contract you signed? Absolves them of blame if your dog gets sick or hurt. A real cherry on top. This is only hotel like it in Korea. And they take advantage of that fact. You dont feel valued at all at this hotel. Youre a wallet to them. Of course it has to make money. But you have to do that while not looking petty and greedy. This hotel hasnt figured that out. Do not recommend.
