Amazing location, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Within a 5 minute walk you can find top notch food and drinks. The rooftop has spectacular views. I would absolutely stay here again. The staff are among the best, and more than willing to help with questions and requests. The area itself is a perfect location. There are delicious places to eat and drink in every direction from the hotel. Planning to see some ancient sites? You can walk from here. I research where to stay before I go to any country, and my expectations were not only met but exceeded. It's rare to find a hotel of this caliber. 5 star hotels back home in the U.S. don't even compare in customer service. Customer service in Japan is typically my gold standard for comparison, and The Pinnacle still managed to impress me with their hospitality. They're always responsive, even by email. I couldn't ask for a better group of people, truly a great team here. If you've read this far then stop weighing your options and book.

What a fantastic stay in the heart of Athens. The hotel is totally faultless from start to finish. I came to Athens to do the marathon solo and thought I’d get a nice city centre hotel for the down time. The staff were incredible and they are an asset to the hotel. Room was stunning, restaurant lovely and of course the amazing roof top area. Breakfast was lovely too. Hotel is right in the heart of bustling Athens but soon as you walk in the door it is pure chill. Too many staff to compliment - but this is an amazing hotel and every is done perfectly. Thank for a wonderful stay.

Best hotel ever! Location is the best, central to everything. Rooms are excellent. Even for free wine in the room. Reception is world class. Amazing personalities every single one of the receptionists. They go above and beyond. The roof top also has view of acropolis. Highly recommend!

My wife and stayed at the Pinnacles in Athens late in August and were most impressed with the hotel. Our apartment was spotlessly clean, well appointed and appealingly decorated. We were treated exceptionally well by the staff who were polite, extremely helpful and easily engaged in conversation. The restaurant on the top floor served tasty, delicious Greek style food (which we loved), the service was excellent and there were impressive views of the Acropolis. In addition, we were strategically located near terrific restaurants, close to all the magnificent sites and shopping areas. Our stay was fantastic and provided us with long lastly memories of a wonderful holiday.

Fantastic Hotel in the centre of Athens, close to all attractions and the best Greek restaurants. From arrival to departure everything was perfect, the staff on the front desk were so helpful, booking us into the best restaurants and helping us with the top attractions. Breakfast was amazing and the view from the roof terrace is spectacular. The room were spacious, comfortable and luxury. We have stayed in many 5 star hotels across Europe and this is the best. I unfortunately left an item at the hotel and they have been kind enough to post it back to the uk for me. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Many thanks to Dimitris, Yiota And Alex for making our trip so special, hope to see you again soon xxx
