It’s good hotel with excellent location, clean rooms , and welcoming staff. My stay was comfortable and I enjoyed it. But I had unpleasant experience with one of the receptionist who were trying to make me pay for an extra bed although all of his colleagues told me it’s for free. And he gave me a random pricing for the bed because he doesn’t have an actual pricing and I didn’t get the reason behind this attitude. Also the safety not the best as anyone can get into the hotel .

Excellent hotel. Great beds, ambiance and vibes. The people are so friendly and went out of their way to make sure my husband and I felt special on our honeymoon. We will certainly be staying here during our next visit to London…

Overall the staffs are really friendly and helpful, however, the room itself is a nightmare! It was my mistake to forget mentioning a high level floor room where I usually do when book a room, but I didn’t expect to be allocated to a LG room, without opened windows that makes frustrating, just lamp and bulb! 😔 The shower room is a disaster, as the shower door cannot be close tightly enough so water goes everywhere when taking shower, it’s not really a five star hotel standard anyways!

A previously undiscovered gem! Having never stayed at The Prince Akatoki, we weren’t sure what to expect, so it was a truly pleasant surprise to find this little gem in the middle of bustling Marylebone. Great restaurant, very elegant rooms, and most importantly, the front desk - particular thanks to Clarissa, JP, and Anita, who went above and beyond the call of duty with any request that we had. We will certainly be back!

Location is fantastic. Near Marble Arch station but away from Oxford st and busy areas so very quiet. Room was a little bit smaller than expected & for what we paid but amenity like free soft drinks & water, bath salt, yukata (Japanese PJ) were great. A few disappointments were they never fixed tv in the shower room, sake selection was so poor at the restaurant and bar even thought owned by Japanese hotel chain, Japanese breakfast was not so impressive for Japanese (myself) salmon was way too small, tamagotaki was like something else, I didn’t expect that much if hotel was not owned by Japanese, yet overall good experience.
