The Proud Rawai

Me and my husband lived in the condominium for 3 months and were very satisfied. Any of our questions were resolved very quickly and positively. My husband loved the workspace and fast internet. Very comfortable beds and on our balcony we could observe chubby dogs and cats belonging to local residents, which is a definite plus and very uplifting ☺️ I also want to thank one of the workers who saw that I was sick and brought me a whole mug of honey and lemon, which completely won my heart. Thank you! ❤️ All in all we are glad we chose this place and would definitely recommend.

I stayed at the Proud Condominium for almost a month and rented a studio apartment there in September - October 2022. My stay there was absolutely comfortable. The rooms are very clean, neat, look like brand new with a modern classical style design. Very pleasantly furnitured and just spotless. They provided everything you need to just move in and live in there, all the kitchen equipment (they even had a blender), they also provided some stuff that you're always missing once you move in, like dish washing liquid, washing machine soap, salt, cooking oil and complimentary bottles of water. Wi fi was of a great quality, and since I worked online it was very important. It's also included in rent and you don't pay any extra. A decent washing machine and the fridge were all new. Everything is new and in great working condition. They also include cleaning once a week with changing linens and towels. And it was very convenient to use a shuttle bus to the Macro supermarket and Nai Harn Beach. The pool is always clean as well. They also have two very nice caffes. One is for breakfast and lunch downstairs and another one upstairs more like a restaurant. Where they also organize different social events, like movie nights, salsa dance, karaoke. The only thing I wasn't a fan of is the sounds of karaoke which took place once a week. But by 12 pm everything was quite. The management is very professional, responsible and polite. With any questions I had they replied very quickly via What'sApp and solved everything very fast and in a responsible way. The location is great as well. Just 5 min walk from the picturesque Rawai bach, my favorite WeCafe with amazing food. To Nai Harn Beach you can get by their shuttle bus which is included in rent already. My room was overlooking a small canal and even a bit of the sea, and the noise from the road was quite mild. I really enjoyed my staying there. It was very comfortable and pleasant. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to go back there :)
