Only had been there for one day. Due to some construction works I wanted to change my place. The staff had been super, super friendly and helpful and managed to arrange another stay at a different hotel. With a free upgrade, free transfer and so on. Stunning service!!! The place itself was nice: clean, very well equipped and super professional organized.

not bad. i saw ants(which i didn't mind that much) and also a bug which seemed to be cockroach(once on the last day and after that i wanted to leave asap) in the room. also bad smell from the bathroom( it disappeared after the housekeeping but starts again after several hours). the room was spacious ( stayed at the 2 bedroom) housekeeping was good. felt like i'm having a residence when i could cook my own dish there. the owner(perhaps manager) was very friendly. no more bicycle service. looks a bit old. the interior was pretty nice. nice swimming pool for kids. male staff were not bad but the female staff was terrible. she needs to be trained.
