Wow...I love Cambodia. Good food, good people, good place and affordable hotel room with good service found here. To my surprise. Well, I recommended this hotel for you to experience. With good night riverside view. It's truth that no lift, please surprise me when I come over with family next trip.

It's first time that came to Cambodia. It's do gaven me a lot of surprise , the airport, the people's here and especially the Hotel. The spacious bathroom, surprised me 🚿. The comfortable bedroom and most importantly the cleanliness of the overall hotel out of my expectation with a word Excellence. The wifi and friendliness of the reception staff make me felt at home. Which I strongly recommend Business Trip or vacation. Regardless on any kind of travel reason, here this hotel are recommended for your wonderful stay to experience yourself. Worth the value and quality service with good people's.

The best part of this place is the location, it's right across the street from Sap River just before it meets the Mekong and if you get a balcony it's a great view day or night! The amenities here are simple: AC, hot water, a kettle, a mini fridge, and sometimes wifi. Sear is a great host and speaks fluent English, I would definitely put his hotel at the top of your list!

Today is 10 July we stayed in hotel 2 days, (room 12 ). it was nice and calm everything is perfect, the room is big a/c is good, amazing view especially in the night. The guy in reception also very kind and smiling always Thank you for everything we will visit you again 🙏❤️ If you will come to Cambodia (asiban quay boutique hotel ) is the best choice for you guys♥️♥️♥️♥️

Hotel is infront of riverside. Just need to cross the road. Issue is they don't have any elevators at all. Literally leg day. The room is okay-ish but could be better. Got a wear and tear situation however water pressure is good and A/C is good. If you're not picky with the stairs this place is good. They also offer rooms with balcony and the view is the riverside but overall good hotel for a pitstop only in PP.
