Great Hotel for a girl's trip. We were able to secure a 3-bed suite, satisfactory view... Ample plugs for multiple cellphone chargers. Breakfast was included, with a generic buffet that satisfied our American pallets.

Perfect if you are going to the Royal Albert Hall.Just a 6 minute walk ! Nice welcome and good rooms. Work being done when we went so a bit noisy until 5 pm . Food in the bistro was very nice ! One entrance looked a bit scruffy with builders bags piled high.

I highly recommend this hotel. Located on a beautiful street with easy access to tube, buses and lots of businesses on High Street Kensington and Gloucester road. The room was immaculate and very comfortable with lots of amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast which was included was a very good full English breakfast. I like that breakfast was served until 11am for those of us with jet lag. Also the check in/check out times are very generous and they offered to store our bags as well. I love that they have rooms with 3 beds for families. I’m definitely planning to return here with my kids. I would love to stay here again… it was a perfect London experience!

Can't speak highly enough about the Queensgate! We stayed in the Deluxe Family room, which was huge! Very pleasantly surprised by the room size, especially for London. Room was well appointed including heated bathroom floor and huge fluffy towels. Breakfast was lovely, lots of options for everyone. Amazing location for walking to Kensington GRdens, Hyde Park, etc. Very clean and safe high-end neighborhood. Staff was very kind and helpful. My only negative is the bed was quite hard.
