It’s one of the best hotels that I lived in KL. I really enjoyed three nights staying there. It’s close to many facilities you can go walking. You can catch grab easily. Many thanks for staff and there help. I would like to give special thanks to Mrs.Surina deputy manger for her unlimited support . She was very kind with us. Of course I will visit this hotel again when I visit KL

The rooms are clean ish. The breakfast was very nice - you get continental and typical Malaysian food. We really liked the pool and the option for a gym. The service was okay, most of the staff was friendly. The lift at the hotel was so slow and had issues. The location was not that good - if you wanna go to the city centre (food markets or the twin towers) you have to walk 20 min ish to the bus station. All in all, it was okay, but we wouldn’t book it a second time.

Location is not that good. you always have to take grab to go anywhere. pros : Infinity Pool Cons : 1. Bad room service 2. Reception never picks up call 3. delayed service 4. Staff not professional 5. Room cleaning not done properly if you are coming here then don't expect much, apart from infinity pool.
