The hotel is at good location in KL area so easy to reach to any place.The place is comfortable, clean, no disturbance and convenient. Studio rooms are nicely maintained. Nice city view from the hotel balcony. It’s like a small mall. At ground floor there are restaurants including Burger King and a grocery store. A good place to stay in budget.

Strategic located at the outskirt of city centre. Not too far from the main road. Luckily, we got the room facing the skyline of Kuala Lumpur which we can enjoy seeing KLCC from dawn to dusk. The swimming pool and children playground is provided at level 7. Unfortunately, due to RMCO/Covid-19 the pool still cannot be used. The breakfast meal is provided but limited with 2 types of dishes either western or local meal. However, toasted bread with spread on self-service as well as coffee and tea can be refilled. No free parking but you may get discount if your ticket at the reception before paying off. Since the location is next to the UTM campus, the hotel is suitable and strategic for any related business with the said varsity.

Surprising nice hotel. It don't have a nice outlook as inside UTM KL campus. But when step in the receptionist counter and hotel café, I had been attracted by the design. Lovely and trendy. Mostly manage by student with polite service. Breakfast was good and many choices as it's actually under Regency hotel and follow it's standard.
